Why tech@nyu?

I wanted to join a tech community and gain leadership and event planning experience. Everyone on the team is so smart and being around them motivates me to work hard for myself. Also, because our events and speakers are so diverse, I’m always learning something new. Even if an event isn’t in my field, I always still try to go.

Favorite tech@nyu event of all time?

My favorite event was this semester’s Mentorship Panel! It was an event exclusive to our Mentorship Program cohort, and my favorite part was being able to have such a casual, interactive, and unfiltered conversation with the panelists that doesn’t get to happen in our more formal events.

Advice to your younger self?

If you keep trying, you can’t not succeed. :)

What do you do outside of work?

Other than doomscrolling, I enjoy snacking on a sweet treat, checking out new restaurants on my beli, and watching shows, movies, or anime.

Favorite memory from tech@nyu?

My favorite memory was the BBQ! It was the first time our new e-board all got to hang out and just have fun eating good food and playing pool and codenames.
