Placement is one of the most consequential decisions the club makes, because it determines where people spend their energy and what kind of growth loop they enter. Good matching creates acceleration. Weak matching creates noise.
Our process is built around role fit, trajectory, and environment. We are not just asking what someone wants to do in the abstract; we are trying to place them into the setting where that ambition can become visible work.
